Happy and Sad

On a happy note....Keelee received her first marriage proposal on Monday. A handsome boy named Jacob sent her a love note asking for her hand in marriage. Brynna and Abbey will be in the wedding party and mom gets to wear whatever color she would like!


On a sad note...today is Grandpa Emmett's funeral (our cousins Emmett and Lucy's grandfather). He will be greatly missed by his family and we wish them all peace on this day.

No news

There hasn't been much going on in our lives so there's been nothing to share!

Both girls are back in school and their after school activities are just starting.

Happy last day of 2007!

On this last day of 2007 we would like to wish you a night full of fun and laughter and not to much of the goofy juice!

Keelee will be partying at her Aunt's house and Brynna will be trying to recover from the flu.

Vacation has started

Both girls are now on holiday vacation until January 7th. Yippy.

Good thing their grandparents will be here in four days!!

It's Keelee's birthday today!!

Over the weekend we had a little family party for her - Bratz theme!! She received lots of nice gifts from everyone including a four-foot Barbie dream house (it's a fake one but that's beside the point!!)

Papa even took her out for a special dinner at IHop!!

After 10 minutes of convincing, Brynna finally sat on Santa's lap at the parks and rec. center.

However, when she walked into the building, and saw the big red guy, she yelled at the top of her lungs, "Santa, I just saw you on the corner!"

New Do's

Keelee got a new haircut over the weekend and mom got most of her whacked off tonight!! Her new do will be revealed at a later date!!

Updates

Keelee is doing great in school. She is quickly learning to read and is whipping through her weekly homework and challenge homework. She recently adopted two guppies and a snail. She has been taking great care of them!

Brynna is, well, Brynna. She talks to darn much and loves to eat doughnuts. She told us tonight that her throat hurt all the way down to her colorful knee. What else can you do but laugh? She loves school too! She was upset with me on Friday that she couldn't go to school - "but Mrs. Young and Mrs. Wiggs will miss me!"

Sick Household

What a week!

Keelee has bronchitis and is miserable.

Mommy has a sinus infection and is miserable.

Brynna is healthy and bouncing off the walls.

Daddy is leaving town to get away from all this!

Fall Break

We're on fall break this week. We have no plans other than to drive our mom nuts.

Papa Oz is recovering from his knee surgery and is driving Grandma Coo nuts!

Congratulations to Great-Grandma & Grandpa Evenson on their new addition - they adopted a dog named Hopscotch a couple of weeks ago. We hope she has as much fun in their house as we do!

Daddy is going out of town next week for the first time since Brynna was a baby. We've been promising not to drive mom nuts next week too!

TV Stars!

Tonight Keelee and I went to Kristi Yamaguchi Friends and Family a.k.a. Stars on Ice with Corbin Bleu and the Cheetah Girls. We found out that they were filming this event to show on t.v. Thanksgiving weekend - very cool!

The skating was awesome and all of the screaming could have woken the dead.

Ahhhh, the concerts I have to look forward to!

The Wrong Desert?

Yesterday the girls went to the zoo to celebrate Rachel's birthday and Grandma insisted that they take a camel ride. Poor camel.

After School Programs

Ok, I did it. I let Keelee join a cheerleading class.

I hope I don't regret it in about 10 years.

She's also in a drawing class, dance class and Girl Scouts - those provide balance!!
